Flow Toolkit

I was responsible for creating an After Effects toolkit for Munchkin's Flow Nipple Shield +. I created a series of motion graphics templates (MOGRTs) for use by our in-house editor in Premiere Pro. This helped to maintain consistency across multiple testimonial, FAQ, and how to videos for a high-profile launch.

The MOGRTs included the ability to toggle on or off the in and out animations and easily retime the text overlays.

I was most proud of these pull quote animations, which involved figuring out how to dynamically place the close quotation mark based on the length of the final line of text.

This was achieved by breaking out the last line of text to a separate source text layer and comparing its width to the original text box. This percentage allowed me to calculate its resting location. I used the Flow plug-in to create an eased version of the linear() function to add more interest to its animation.
